Astro Connect (the “App”) is operated by Astro Engineering Ltd. We respect your privacy and collect only the information reasonably required to operate the App, support our lubricants business, and provide rewards, campaigns, and related services.

Where verification is required, we may also collect government-issued identification or KYC information.

We use this information to create and verify accounts, manage product validation and business activities, run campaigns, process rewards, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve the App, meet legal requirements, and send service or promotional communications where permitted.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request access to your camera or gallery for profile, document, product, or campaign images, and to your location when a feature depends on your location. You can manage these permissions through your device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.

4. Sharing and Third-Party Services

We may share necessary information with trusted service providers that help us operate the App, process payments or rewards, send communications, host data, or comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information. Financial and government-issued identification information will not be shared with third-party tools except where needed to deliver an authorized service or required by law.

The App may use services such as Google Play Services, which process information under their own privacy policies.
